Iowa Land Auction Prices, November 25-December 1

December 4, 2023

Auction activity fired right back up after the Thanksgiving holiday. Mills County tops the market, but I have disqualified this transaction due to size. Butler County delivers this week with a $21,000/acre sale. Butler County does not produce many sales north of $21,000 and, if not a county record, this is close. Honorable mention goes to Plymouth County with a sale at $19,200/acre. There were 7 “no sales” this week. I would imagine several of those have been successfully negotiated by now. Some weakness at auctions is showing up in areas. Flyers for upcoming auctions can be purchased here: PURCHASE land auction flyers
